What is the texture like?

This has an oily texture to it.

Is it scented?

This doesn't really have a prominent scent that I can detect.

My overall experience/comments on the product:

I appreciate that this, while it is oily, that it rinses off cleanly without leaving a residue behind. It does a pretty good job of removing makeup and leaving my skin soft. That said I'm just all about a creamy cleanser and my makeup remover microfiber cloths.
