Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Lipstick And Lip Liner

Recently Urban Decay released the second part of their collaboration with Gwen Stefani. The eyeshadow palette got rereleased back last year and last month they released a collection of Gwen Stefani products such as lipstick, lipliner, blusher and a brow box. I was really looking forward to trying the lipsticks so when I saw them in Debenhams I had to get myself one. I also liked the look of the lipliner too so I got one of them to go with the lipstick.

Both the lipstick and lipliner come in this awesome gold and black packaging for the collection. I love it and think it's great when brands do a collection with different packaging.

The lipstick color I liked a lot was Firebird and is a sort of fuchsia pink. The color looks absolutely amazing and is definitely my sort of color. It's also insanely pigmented too and you don't have to use a lot to get the color to stand out. The texture is nice and creamy too and doesn't have that sticky feel to it that some creamy lipsticks do. It managed to stay on for quite some time too and didn't really need reapplying either.

The lipliner is one of the 24/7 Glide On Lip Pencils but in limited edition packaging. The color is called Firebird too and is designed to go with the lipstick of the same name. The pigment of the pencil is really strong and glides on nice and smooth. You don't have to press down or tug a lot to get the color to show and the texture has a nice creamy feel to it. A bit similar to the 24/7 Eyeliner Pencils.
